From custom-sketching one-of-a-kind design details based on your love story, culture, and stylistic preferences—to matching you with and managing the absolute best area vendors for your vision—Radiant Love Events takes care of every last detail it takes to make your dream day happen with a discerning eye and all of the care in the world.
This one includes all the things: personalized design elements, floor plans, budget and logistical management, customized checklists, and, of course, ongoing expertise and support from the moment we set our sights on each other.

When you’ve already planned, designed, and booked all of your wedding vendors and need a trusted expert to execute the details and keep things on track—wedding management is the ideal solution.
I’ll communicate with your vendor partners, create a minute-by-minute timeline, guide you through hurdles as you plan, and manage moving parts so you can come up for air (…and champagne…and cake!).
Worth noting? There’s no “day-of management” here—your wedding management service begins the moment you book. Because Rome wasn’t built in a day…and neither is that incredible celebration you have in mind.

From my own personal experience, I can tell you that the reason why I went into wedding planning is to be the support system for my couples and to make sure that they savor and enjoy the wedding day as much as their guests would. Having the peace of mind that all the small to big details are taken care of is a top priority of mine. The average couple spends over 300+ hours planning their wedding - this is time (and money) that can be saved by working with a wedding planner to guide you through the process in planning all the vendor, logistics, design and decor details.
Everything I do, I do with heart. I tell every couple that I work with that I have their very best interest in mind and in heart. I am here to support, listen and guide every couple through their wedding planning process. Many of my clients tell me that I have a calm demeanor. I strongly believe that it is important to provide positivity, calmness and composure as wedding planning can be stressful enough. I also believe it is important that you connect well with your wedding planner. This is why I ask that all potential clients schedule a complimentary discovery call to learn more about each other and what they can expect when working with me.
I recommend that couples book their wedding planning services with Radiant Love Events 8-18 months before their ideal wedding date. For couples looking for wedding management (coordination) services, couples book Radiant Love Events between 4-12 months prior to their confirmed wedding date.
Love that you already have a venue coordinator but please keep in mind that the venue coordinator works for the venue not for the couple. Having a wedding planner or wedding coordinator will ensure that your wedding design and vision are implemented and that your personal needs are taken care of. As a wedding planner, my top priority is making sure you are present with all the loved ones who are celebrating this special day with you.
Every service is customized to fit each couple’s needs. How far you are in your wedding planning process will determine the type of service that is recommended. Most couples book Radiant Love Events for Full-Service Wedding Planning + Design, Partial Planning + Design or Wedding Management services.
No. Unfortunately, this term is not the proper way to describe wedding planning or coordination services. A wedding planner cannot only show up on the day of your wedding. It is important that you work with your wedding planner or coordinator months prior to your wedding date to set you up for a successful event. Radiant Love Events will work with you upon booking, which can be anywhere from 4-12 months in advance for Wedding Management services. We provide planning checklists, guidance and support to make sure that all planning details are completed in preparation for your wedding day.
No. Radiant Love Events does not take on more than one wedding per day. It is important that we support you during the week of your wedding with your rehearsal and in preparing for a successful event.
We will travel wherever our couple’s love story takes us. Most of our events take place in Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego), but we have planned events in San Francisco and Hawaii.
